​J3308 - New Leaf Search has partnered with an international provider of business-to-business financial solutions in its search for a Head of Operations. This is a critical role in the strategic leadership of the Operations function whereby you will be responsible for the service delivered to internal and external stakeholders.

• Strong leadership skills are therefore essential around communication, stakeholder management and being able to devise, articulate and deliver the strategic plan for operations.

• You will work with the Leadership team to set strategic direction and deliver the wider business strategy.

• You will have leadership experience of cross functional teams in a high value transactional environment.

• Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 plus excellent bonus and benefits. Location: UK, Thames Valley / South East England (Hybrid)

We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly Asset Finance and Leasing.
